Assessment time and content
Typically an organization will spend 30-60 hours on this assessment, split over below roles, and a short description on type of data that needs to be gathered.

Our benchmarks are based on: 1) customers conducting this assessment, each assessment adds to the quality of our benchmarks, 2) detailed customer surveys in many different industries to set benchmark baseline, 3) feedback from our customers that our benchmarks are well aligned with other well known benchmark sources.
The assessment consists of 5 main categories with one or more sub-categories. For a "Test Drive", you can choose any of the sub-categories except 'Move to Cloud','Mainframe utilization','Storage','Network','Service Desk'.

Delete all my data
|All data and reports will be deleted, including from any potential previous assessments. cinque-c can not use your data anymore to update its benchmarks. If we have not yet generated a report, there will be no charge to delete your data.|
Start and test
By entering your email adress and password, you can instantly create an account which can be used for the assessment. If multiple people will enter data for the assessment, this account can be used by several people within your organization. Therefore, please choose a user id and password that is not related to your personal information.

To allow you to assess the value of our analysis, we provide a free assessment for one category - a Test Drive - delivering our cloud based analysis for that category.
During a Full assessment, you will receive an assessment for all categories. This includes interpretation of the different assessmemt results, an executive cost reduction potential summary and a strategic summary. Additionally, we will do a number of data quality checks on the received data, help you with data entry, and potentially ask clarifying questions.
